Spider and Pumpkin Preschool Activity
Your students will love working with this hands-on spider and pumpkin preschool activity! To use this resource print the preposition cards, the pumpkins, and the spider, laminate, cut out, and add a popsicle stick to the spider. Use the cards to teach position words and have your students practice moving the spider to the different positions. This is such a fun activity to do during fall and Halloween time! You can find this resource in my TPT store here!
Practice position words like under, over, behind, in front of, etc…
Tell your students, “Place the spider under the pumpkin.”
After they have practiced a few times, have your students practice without the cards.
To change up the activity use a mini pumpkin and toy spider! Your students will love the hands-on activity!
The resource also includes a black-and-white version of the activity so your students can color and make their own pumpkins and spider to practice at home.
