Christmas Stocking Name and Scissor Activity Craft

The holidays are magical times in the preschool classroom! There are so many fun projects and not nearly enough time. This editable Christmas stocking name and scissor activity is a perfect craft to add to your holiday-themed classroom.

You will need to download the free version of Adobe Reader to add your students’ names to the stockings. There is also a link in the file to the free reader.

Then just type the letters into the grey boxes.

Print on Christmas colored card stock or construction paper and cut out the stockings.

Have your students cut on the lines.

Then have them reassemble the stocking and glue the pieces onto another piece of paper.

You can also print the stockings on white paper and have your students color them.

This is a fairly easy activity to prep, just fill in your students’ names, print them, and cut them out.
