Fall Fine Motor Activity
Fall is the perfect time to bring seasonal fun into your preschool classroom while building important early learning skills. This fall fine motor activity is an engaging way to help your students strengthen their fine motor skills, practice pencil control, and get ready for handwriting success.

There are some fun and practical ways to use these tracing cards in your daily routine. Add them to your morning work or centers, use them in small groups, or use them with dry erase markers, playdough, or mini erasures. One of our favorites is to use them with a salt tray or add shaving cream to a table! Print in black and white and use as independent work.
These fall-themed cards feature a variety of pre-writing lines and shapes with playful seasonal illustrations like pumpkins, leaves, scarecrows, and acorns. Students can practice straight lines, curved lines, zigzags, waves, loops, and shapes. Laminate or place in a dry-erase pocket for repeated use, making them a low-prep and reusable classroom activity.
By adding a seasonal theme, you’ll also spark excitement and keep your preschoolers motivated to practice!
