Gingerbread Boy and House Preposition Activity
Your students will love working with this hands-on gingerbread boy and house preposition activity! To use this resource print the position word cards, the gingerbread houses, and the gingerbread boy, laminate, cut out, and add a popsicle stick to the gingerbread boy. Use the cards to teach position words and have your students practice moving the gingerbread boy to the different positions. This is such a fun activity to do during the holidays! You can find this resource in my TPT store here!

Practice position words like under, over, behind, in front of, etc…

Tell your students, “Place the gingerbread boy beside the gingerbread house.”

After they have practiced a few times, have your students practice without the cards.

The resource also includes a black-and-white version of the activity so your students can color and make their own gingerbread boy and gingerbread house to practice at home.
