Practice counting and number recognition
Tracing numbers
Fill in the missing number.
Add the number that comes first and what comes last, also included is find the number in the middle.
Count and find the Easter pictures.
Cut apart the last row of pictures to finish the patterns.
Print the numbers on card stock, cut apart and place them throughout the environment. Have the kids go on a number hunt. (Give them clipboards! They love it!) When they find the number they have to color in the corresponding Easter egg. 
Color the picture and cut apart to make an Easter puzzle and practice number order.
