Friday Favorites

Yay!! Made it to the weekend and as I am writing this I am still finding glue in my hair from our Easter basket project!Painting Easter Eggs at the easel

Our school will be on spring break after next week and we will not be back until after Easter so this weekend I will be adding Easter activities to our shelves along with a few St. Patricks Day activities.

Using a nail polish bottle for glueing projects

The kids love when I put the “nail polish” glue out.  This week we used it to make tissue paper shamrocks.

How to Catch A LeprechaunI picked up How to Catch a Leprechaun last weekend while out shopping and it turned out to be a huge hit!

The kids were sooooo excited! The next thing I knew they were designing, brainstorming and building a trap.  Huh, wonder if it will work?

Along with figuring out how the leprechaun will get in and out of the classroom next week, this weekend I will be making these Smitten Kitchen Blueberry Muffins! They look so good!!

Also on the agenda is starting this book, hopefully with a nice cup of coffee and a blueberry muffin:)
