Letter T – Preschool Alphabet Activities
Discovering new letters is even more fun for preschoolers when they can explore them through hands-on activities, fine motor practice, and playful learning experiences. Spending time focusing on one letter at a time helps children strengthen letter recognition while becoming more confident with beginning sounds.
Begin by introducing words that start with the letter T, such as tiger and tree. Encourage your students to say each word out loud and listen carefully for the /t/ sound at the beginning. Adding simple, engaging activities to your centers helps reinforce the letter while giving preschoolers meaningful opportunities to practice important early literacy and fine motor skills.
