Letter Z – Preschool Alphabet Activities
Learning new letters in preschool becomes even more exciting when your students can explore them through hands-on activities, fine motor practice, and playful learning experiences. Focusing on one letter at a time helps young learners build confidence with letter recognition and beginning sounds.
Start by introducing words that begin with Z, such as zipper and zebra. Encourage your students to say each word aloud and listen for the /z/ sound at the beginning. This helps strengthen their understanding of letter-sound connections while keeping learning fun and engaging.
